COST OF SERVICES:

CONSULTATION: Initial visit of about 1/2 hour - No Charge

Staging Hourly Fee: Rearranging existing furnishings, artwork and accessories. $95.00 per hour

Furnishing a Vacant Home: Each job is unique and bids can vary greatly depending on square footage and type of inventory and style needed. Approximately $1500-$2500 per room for 3 months' time. $500-$1500 per month rental thereafter. Fees due at time of initiating contract.
